Where it all started
BCPM was established in 2011 with the goal of offering a higher standard of property management services in Byron Shire. Following successful international careers in professional services and underwhelming experiences with managers of their own investment properties, founders Campbell and Annie Korff, set about building a specialist property management firm based on excellent service, dedicated systems and timely communication.
BCPM’s holiday rental arm, Byron Bay Accom, was acquired in 2017 to augment BCPM’s holiday rental offering. Operating for over 30 years, Byron Bay Accom is Byron Bay’s original holiday accommodation agency and came with a team of highly experienced professionals and a database of over 20,000 regular holiday makers.
