Campbell and Annie Korff
Principals
Having enjoyed successful international careers in professional services, Campbell and Annie Korff returned to Byron Bay in 2011 to raise their three young daughters in what they think is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. The Korff family have a deep and longstanding connection with Byron Bay and its vibrant business community. Campbell’s parents have owned and operated several businesses in Byron Bay since the early 80’s, including Byron Bay Self Storage and Byron Block.
Tiffeny Welsby
Office Manager
Tiffeny has been a well-respected leader in Byron Bay property management for over 20 years, and was our previous licensee. Working closely with the team to help manage business operations and human resources, Tiffeny oversees all transactions and manages all financial details for a complex portfolio of holiday and residential properties.
Sonya Hill
Senior Property Manager
Sonya brings her many years of experience to manage our permanent department and team. As a Northern Rivers resident, Sonya understands the local real estate market and enjoys building and maintaining positive client relationships. With qualifications in Prosecution and Advocacy, Sonya provides comprehensive property management solutions.
Joanne Henderson
Property Officer
Joanne has called this beautiful area home for over 10 years and fully embraces the coastal lifestyle. With a background in five-star resort guest services and local holiday rental businesses, Joanne has built a strong foundation in hospitality and client care. Now a valued member of our team, she works closely with both tenants and property owners in the long-term rental market, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth, positive experience for all.
Julie Brown
Property Officer (Long-term Residential)
A familiar face within our community, Julie supports the locals and is an active committee member at Newrybar Hall. She is an exceptional team member at BCPM, managing the regular maintenance requests, routine inspections and varied day-to-day tasks. Julie also has a strong relationship with our landlords, tenants and tradespeople, which is invaluable in the industry.
Shyne Driver
Property Officer (Long-term Residential)
Having attended Byron Primary School, Shyne has been in and out of Byron Bay her whole life. She attended University in Florida studying business and has extensive travel experience and knowledge locally and abroad. Shyne is an integral team member at Byron Coastal, overseeing our leasing department and ensuring the most suitable tenants are placed into our landlords’ investment properties.
Luana Sheck

With over a decade of holiday property management experience, Luana is a customer service superstar. She knows our properties inside out, making her an invaluable part of the team here at BCPM. This in-depth knowledge is combined with her deep care and consideration for all stakeholders involved in managing our holiday portfolio.
