Dane commenced his legal career in 2003 as a solicitor with the Brisbane-based firm Bennett & Philp. In 2005, he was called to the Bar as a Barrister-at-Law, establishing himself as a respected advocate. Dane previously held chambers at the renowned Culwulla Chambers, a prestigious family law set on Castlereagh Street, Sydney. Here he specialised in family law disputes and commercial litigation, while also maintaining chambers in Brisbane.
Recognising his talent and expertise, Dane was recruited to the Pacific, where he served as a Senior Associate in the litigation department of the largest offshore law firm in Vanuatu. He subsequently advanced his career by founding and managing his own litigation firm in Vanuatu, where he acted as Managing Partner. Over the years, Dane has represented prominent clients, including Facebook, Samsung, KFC, The Star, SpaceX, and numerous other leading international organisations and law firms.
