FAQs
How do I know who my after-hours maintenance tradespeople are?
Please check your lease which provides a list of your after-hours tradespeople. We regularly send out updates on after-hours trades, so check in your emails for the last update.
You can also log a job on Tapi.
How do I apply for one of your rental properties?
We accept applications using the 2Apply online application link. When you attend an inspection at one of our properties, you will receive a link via mobile or email to apply for that property. If you would like to receive a link without inspecting the property, please send an email with your name and mobile number and we will send you the correct link.
What is the code to submit my application?
Sometimes the application will ask you to use a code before the application can be submitted. The code is 2480.
Can I break my lease?
Yes, you can break your lease at any time during your lease, however, there are penalty fees that apply depending on the time you break the lease. You have entered a legal contract for a specific term and should you decide to leave, there is a cost to do this. You can request the break lease fee be waived. The owner is not under any obligation to waive the break lease fee.
Can I transfer my lease to someone else or let someone else move in with me?
Yes, with approval from the landlord. All potential new tenants must submit a full application and be approved by the landlord before they move into the property.
With the new legislation, can I automatically get a dog?
No, the new legislation may make it easier to get a dog, however, you must still apply using a specific form and receive approval before you get a dog/pet. There are still valid reasons for a landlord to decline your application for a pet so please ensure you request permission before deciding on a new pet. You can apply to keep a pet in a rental property using the form here.
